Nicole Renchen, managing broker of Fifth Street Realty, LLC, has been representing high net-worth clientele for almost 10 years; first, as a tax & real estate attorney & now, as a broker. As a result, Nicole understands what it takes to render superior representation (at times, in high-pressure situations) with the utmost confidentiality & expertise.
Nicole's transition from attorney to managing broker was a natural progression. By the time Nicole had obtained her license, she & her husband had purchased, designed, renovated, & sold a number of properties in their real estate renovation business. In her pursuit for new projects, Nicole was vetting hundreds of properties so representing outside buyers/sellers seemed like a natural complement.
She uses her education to take a sophisticated approach to addressing clients' needs. Her strengths in contract negotiation, relationship building, & local real estate trends make her an asset to those looking to navigate the real estate market.
Alex Krichnkov
Alex was born in Belarus, immigrated to the United States at a young age, and has lived in multiple leading luxury markets over the years. After initially moving to Chicago to pursue a career in engineering, Alex was bitten by the real estate bug. He uses his prior career experience to provide a unique skillset to his real estate developer and builder clientele. Now, over 10 years later, his passion has developed into a rich understanding of the multi-tiered real estate process.
